Appointments & booking

• All appointments must be scheduled
in advance through our online booking system.

• If additional services are requested that require more time than originally
scheduled, the appointment may need to be rescheduled to properly accommodate
the added services.

Deposits

• Most services do not require a deposit.

• In certain cases—particularly mobile detailing appointments that require significant preparation and travel—a deposit may be requested to secure your spot.

• If a deposit is required, you will be contacted directly to collect it.

• Deposits go toward your total service cost.

• Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled.

• If an appointment needs to be rescheduled, the deposit can be transferred to the new date.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

 • Same-day cancellations may result in a fee or loss of deposit.

 • We understand emergencies happen—communication is key.

Travel Fees

• We service a standard local area at no additional cost.

• Locations outside of our service area may incur a travel fee based on distance.

 • Travel fees will always be disclosed prior to confirming your appointment.

 • If your location requires excessive travel time, scheduling availability may be
limited.

Weather Policy (Mobile Services)

• Services may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions (rain, high winds, extreme
temperatures).

• If you have a garage or covered area, service may still be completed.

Vehicle Condition

• All detailing packages are priced at a base rate that reflects average vehicle
condition.

• If a vehicle is heavily soiled or in poor condition—for example, excessive pet hair,
deep stains, biohazards, or other difficult-to-clean areas—additional charges
may apply.

• Any extra fees will always be communicated and approved with you before work begins, so
there are no surprises.

Access & Utilities

 • For mobile appointments, I bring my own water and power. Occasionally, I may ask to plug into an outlet for extra power.

• Please ensure there is enough space to conveniently pull up my truck and mobile
detailing trailer.

• If your location is in a very secluded or tight area, I may need to move your vehicle
to a more accessible spot to complete the service safely and efficiently.

Personal Belongings

• Please remove all personal items prior to your appointment.

• We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings left in the vehicle.

Satisfaction Guarantee

• Your satisfaction is important. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24
hours, and we will address the issue.

Payment

• If a deposit was made, the rest of
the payment is due upon completion of service.

• We accept cash, Venmo, debit, and credit cards.

• Debit and credit card payments are subject to a 2% surcharge.

right to refuse service

• We reserve the right to refuse
service for vehicles in unsafe or hazardous conditions.
